Tooling

Successive investments in latest technology equipment led EBF to the highest level of precision and development, in such way that, for each new product, an innovation in processes is created as well.

Machinery

The equipment is selected from the best suppliers, taking into account the leading edge technology. Highlights include: uncoiling machines, hydraulic and mechanical presses, piece/scrap separation conveyor belts, tools, automatic and intelligent scrap conveyors, CNC machining centers, robotized CNC lathes, grinding, exhaust fans for environmental control, automatic line of electrostatic paint, induction ovens, carbonitriding, bainitic and vacuum temper, as well as the most advanced and automated equipment for finish, deburring, packaging and robotized vertical storage.
