Fineblanking

The Fineblanking process is a highly precise blanking system used to perform blanking in bulk. It consists of a hydraulic press, a blanking tool that defines the product, oil and raw material of exclusive characteristics to the process.

For a perfect blanking process, the main characteristic of the Fineblanking is the hydraulic pressure applied to previously defined positions, helping avoid ruptures during the process. Another important factor is the exact gap between the components of the tools, theoretically calculated and experimentally approved by means of practical tests.

Fineblanking

Soon EBF shall Increase, the already huge capacity of production by the fineblacking process. The company has adquired 10 new fineblacking machines, that shall be placed with the other existing: [8] HFA 280, [3] HFA 320 Plus, [3] HFA 400, [3] HFA 630, [1] HFA 800, [1] HFA 1000[1], HFA 1100, [1] HFA 1400 and [1] HFA 700 Plus.

Laser Cutting

Besides offering superior precision, the Laser Cutting technology has become a system of excellent cost-benefit ratio, employed in the blanking process of small quantities of pieces.

This cutting system for flat metal plates is performed through an optically and vertically positioned laser beam focused on the plate. The trace elaboration motion for fabricating the pieces on the cutting table and oscillator laser head, as well as its intensity and power are digitally set and controlled through CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) programming commands.

F.E.A [Finit Elements Analysis]

Theoretical and practical Fatigue tests also help and ensure the stability of the piece fabrication and development processes.

C.I.M [Computer Integrated to Manufacture]

Besides the essential requirements for the perfect performance of the processes, C.I.M. (Computer Integrated to Manufacture) is used to control and react in real time to the variations and changes required during the processes.

C.A.D e C.A.M [Computer Aided Design and Manufacture]

Besides the C.I.M. and the Fatigue tests, C.A.M. (Computer Aided Manufacture) and C.A.D. (Computer Aided Design) help monitor the fabrication and development processes daily.
